HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENT POLICY:

We, in Aromatics Oman L.L.C (AOL), are committed to manage the impact of our business on the health and safety of our staff, customers and anyone else affected by our activities, and on the environment.

The management of AOL therefore is committed to play an active role in implementing the following HSE principles:

Identification and evaluation of all HSE hazards and the management of their risks or impacts to an International and nationwide acceptable level

Comply with local and international applicable legislations

Protect the environment and prevent pollution

Recording and communicating HSE performance throughout the organization

Continually improve HSE performance through continues HSE campaigns

Establishing clear emergency planning, preparedness and response procedures 

Striving for continuous improvement through incident management procedures which identify and correct deficiencies

Provide sufficient information, instructions, training and supervision for staff to enable them to carry out their tasks competently and safely

To work on a comprehensive Planning and Preparedness for Safe disposal of chemical/Hazardous waste as per Ministry Guidelines.

Ensure sufficient funds are available to implement this policy

Review and revise this policy as necessary
